We will only hire to driving instructors, and require the following before the vehicle is released:

• Payment for the entire hire period (this will be invoiced and must be paid by bank transfer)

• An insurance certificate covering the vehicle on a comprehensive basis for driving tuition and driving test use (this can be arranged through your existing broker)

• A photograph of the front and back of your driving licence

• A driving licence summary, issued when a driving licence check code is requested from the DVLA

• A photograph of the front and back your ADI/PDI licence*

• A utility bill at your current address**

*We will hire to those who have passed their DVSA Part 2 (Driving Ability) test if you provide the test booking confirmation and test pass confirmation (both must have the same date). You must have passed your DVSA Part 1 (Theory) test within the last two years
**The address on your utility bill must match the address on your driving licence

If you wish to extend the hire period, this can be arranged and will only require payment for the new hire period and a new insurance certificate.​
